General waste and recycling collections scheduled for Alta Mare and Jurien Heights Estates on Christmas Day will now be serviced on Tuesday, 24 December 2024, so property owners at these locations will need to put both bins out on Monday night (23/12/24) to ensure your bins are emptied during Christmas week.
Weekly recycling collection will commence on Tuesday, 17 December 2024, for the Jurien Bay townsite, Alta Mare and Jurien Bay Heights estates only, and will continue for four (4) weeks, ending after the collection on 8 January 2025.
Residents across these three locations will note that weekly recycling over the holiday period has been reduced to four weeks as most residents are gathering their bottles and cans to redeem through the State Government’s Containers for Change program.
