Proposal – Use Not Listed: Worker Accommodation and Facilities in association with existing egg farm.
Location – 3751 (Lot2055) Cervantes Road
Description: A total of 24 bedrooms are proposed.
- Area 1: It is proposed to accommodate 3 worker accommodation units with 4 bedrooms in each unit, and an associated recreation room, kitchen, laundry, and patios. This will total 12 bedrooms.
- Area 2: It is proposed to accommodate 6 family units with 2 bedrooms and patios each. This will total 12 bedrooms.
