Works and Infrastructure
The works and infrastructure team are responsible for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure assets including roads, footpaths, drainage, litter control, signage and lighting.
Regular updates on the Shire's current Capital Works Plan and Infrastructure Renewal Projects are provided on this website.
Parks & Gardens
The Parks and Gardening Section of Council's operations are responsible for the development and maintenance of:
- Ovals
- Parks & Gardens
- Playgrounds
- Verge & Median Strips
- Street Trees
- Open Areas & Reserve Development
- Safety audits on all playgrounds
Residents should report to the works department any damage to roads, footpaths and cycle-ways, reticulation and park equipment, broken or missing direction signs and obstructions to ensure that prompt repairs may be undertaken.
